HR Executive

Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the human capital planning and development in ensuring the company is complimented with sufficient workforce and possessing the right skills to deliver the desired results.
- Formulate and implement systematic and latest selection techniques for the company to ensure better assessment of candidates.
- Coordinate recruitment and employee placement to ensure vacant positions are timely fulfilled according to the operational needs.
- Conduct analysis on employee turnover, review the current procedures or flow for manpower planning and recommend alternative solutions for improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or in any relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of working experience.
- Experience in handling Unionized Environment Company will be an added advantage.
- Well-versed with all related HR acts e.g. Employment Act, Industrial Act, and etc.
- Actively involved in manpower planning and recruitment activities.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken for both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Target driven and aggressive
