1. Secretary in Consultation, Research and Development Division (NIOSH Bandar Baru Bangi)
- At least possess a Diploma in Secretarial, Business Studies, Administration
- Knowledge in secretarial field is an advantage
- Good communication and consultation
- Candidate must possess valid driving license
- At least 1 year working experience

2. Personal Assistant To Chairman (NIOSH Bandar Baru Bangi)
RESPONSIBILITES
- Carry out special projects or assignments from time to time
- Act as the Liason Officer for internal and external contacts, which is inclusive of business contacts, government agencies,
ministry, media and social contacts
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational matters including monitoring deadlines and follow-up with respective teams
on progress of projects/assignment, which inclusive but not limited to gather information and feedback, checking and follow-up
on preliminary report/statistical report prior to submission to Chairman
- Assist to the preparation of presentation and organizing internal & external events, preparing speech, press release and press
statement
- Able to maintain strict assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
REQUIREMENT
- Holder of Degree in Mass Communication/Social Science, Public Relation or Business Administration/Marketing and other related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in related field for this position specializing in writing
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with strong command written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia with positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office application
- Highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Multi-task and able to handle pressure
- Good planning and execution skills. Able to meet deadlines
- Good networking with related parties, e.g. business & social contacts, ministry, government agencies, etc.
- Resourceful and energetic with an eye for details on strategic matters
- Able to exercise a high degree of professionalism dealing with situations and demands at all times
