Job Location : KLIA
The Job: Responsible for the safe efficient operation, safeguard safety and security in all stations operatde by KLAS.She/he is responsible to coordinate with handling departments, customer representatives and airport authorities. Also, coordinating and staff's dispatching, monitoring staff roster, maintaining and update operational manuals. To ensure effective implementation, operatons, customer satisfaction, staff development, cost management of the Ground Handling, Cargo, Facilities & Equipment Maintenance and Engineering policies in all Stations.
Requirements:
- Possess SPM/STPM of Diploma or Degree in Tourism/Hotel Management OR in any discipline.
- Minimum 02 years working experiences in Airline, Customer Service Environment & Airport Operations Industry.
- Malaysia citizen
- Good knowledge on Ground Handling, Cargo, Facilities & Equipment Maintenance & Engineering.
- Able to lead ans motivate team.
- Good discipline, strong leardership and interpersonal skills.
- Able to speak English fluently.
- Effectively bi-lingual and able to work under pressure.
- Good rapport with airport authorities and airlines.
- Able to track, analyze and interpret statistic and data.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
